Returns & Exchanges

• Original art: Final sale unless damaged during shipping.

• Prints: Final sale unless damaged during shipping. 

• Custom or commissioned pieces: Final sale unless damaged during shipping. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

Thank you for shopping at Sennachie Studio! Below is our shipping policy, outlining how and when your artwork will be delivered.

Processing Times

• Original artwork & prints: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by location & customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

• DHL (international)

You will receive a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

• Prints ship in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes.

• Original artwork ships with protective wrapping and reinforced packaging.

• Framed or delicate pieces may require additional packaging materials.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

We cannot predict or control these charges.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sennachiellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Important: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen items.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible.
