Processing Times

Original artwork & prints: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Packaging
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

Prints ship in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes.

Original artwork ships with protective wrapping and reinforced packaging.

Framed or delicate pieces may require additional packaging materials.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.
We cannot predict or control these charges.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sennachiellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Important: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen items.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
